Water Test Booth, GM Doraville Van Assembly
DCS was hired to commission this water test booth. The catch was the spray pressure control program did not work.
DCS designed a PID loop control that solved the problem and provided control over the pressure to 0.5 PSI accuracy. The spec had been widened to 4 PSI prior to DCS's implementation.
